ESTATE PLANNING

"Representation with Respect"

Estate planning, while it does involve deciding how you want your assets distributed after you die, is far more than simply creating a Will.  Estate planning also involves being prepared for if/when you become unable to make your own personal and financial decisions. It also involves handling medical care, including end-of-life choices. Simply put, estate planning can be complicated, so it's best to consult with an experienced attorney before drawing up your estate plan. It's important for everyone to have a basic estate plan in place regardless of net worth. Although it may seem like a morbid chore, estate planning provides benefits beyond simply having a Will. Depending upon your circumstances, a revocable living trust may be appropriate.  If you have high net worth, there are a number of other considerations we should discuss.  Contact me to today to discuss the process, which I make as simple as possible.
