BUSINESS / CORPORATE

From basic entities such as limited liability companies for small businesses to complex, multimillion dollar corporations, I have represented clients and established my own entities for business purposes.  The one constant is that every client and matter is unique.  Creating a business entity  must naturally start with identifying exactly what it is the entity will be used for.  This is sometimes an unknown, even for the client.  Whether it is a non-profit corporation or a family limited liability company for estate tax purposes, I do not use a cookie cutter approach.  As counsel for an entity, my role is exactly that- a counselor.   By guiding my clients through the establishment of the appropriate entity, together we can navigate the business landscape.  My background includes creating and maintaining all types of business entities, including limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, non-profit corporations and professional corporations.  Within that framework I am also experienced in creating assumed business names for clients to use.
